AllTheAnts Terms of Service

1. The service
AllTheAnts provides website hosting, content management, and site migration tools. Your subscription gives you access to the plan features described on our pricing page.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or import. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you ask us to import from an existing website, and that your site complies with applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute malware, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or host unlawful content. We may suspend sites that violate these terms.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; your site remains active until the end of the current billing period. If payment repeatedly fails, your site may be paused until billing is resolved.
5. Termination and data
If your account is closed, your site is paused and your data is retained for a grace period before deletion so you can export or reactivate.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
